FIFTEEN YEARS SOBER
Today I am 15 years sober. That’s 5,478 days in row without a drink. The biggest achievement of my life. An achievement I must achieve every single day if I am to stay sober.

At least 5% of adults suffer from Alcohol Use Disorder. In this video, I describe the things you can do as the leader of your company if you suspect one of your employees has a problem with alcohol or other substances.

Being a CEO of an established company with 10, 20, 50, or 100 employees means you are constantly encouraging others. As CEO you have to take responsibility for Vision and Strategy, including where your biggest markets are going to be. In an established company your role is primary focused on making the people who report to you and all the rest of the employees in your company successful.
