I like to connect with people and help them connect with others. Whether as a spouse, parent, leader, or cheer leader. As a Canadian, I often look outside our borders to find global leaders who drive change in both business and life. In this post I wanted to introduce some of those that I have met on Twitter.
In 1995, I created a web site for Robelle, which was the 80,000th registered web site with CERN (there were 250,000 six months later). In 1996, I created a personal web site. Linkedin recently sent me an email congratulating me on being one of the first one million registered users of Linkedin (there are 100 million today). Facebook got me around 2007. I started twittering a year or two ago.
Racing a sailboat is both art and science. It starts with the helmsperson’s sense of feel for the boat, wind, and waves. Getting the boat into rhythm. Minimizing the turn of the rudder to keep the boat moving. We call it getting into the groove.
