All companies start with some form of innovation. If you want to stay ahead of your competitors, you need to find ways to create new innovations. Motivate and help your employees innovate by recognizing when they create an innovation. Use both industry peers and those outside your industry to breathe new ideas into yourself and your organization. Make conscious choices about your innovation strategy by:
- Documenting one innovative new idea a person has created in your organization and publicly acknowledge their innovation in the next 30 days.
- Find five ways your competitors are innovating that you are not.
- Connect with five experts, inside or outside your industry, before this quarter ends.
