Action Versus Reaction

Entrepreneurs are successful because they take action. When we started our business, we reacted to every request because that’s what we had to do to become successful.

Once you are successful, reacting does not help because:

  1. Your reaction is emotional, rather than considered.
  2. You are being tactical, rather than strategic.
  3. You become worn down, rather than built up.
  4. Others control your time.

For many entrepreneurs like me, this reactionary behavior is unconscious. It happens over time. Until we come to a point where reacting no longer serves us.
